1. Local Data Storage & Security
Unlike traditional SaaS platforms, ARVGrow Invoice is designed around a privacy-first, local-only storage architecture. What this means for your agency:
- All client records, custom templates, items database, and generated invoices are saved directly in your web browser's local sandbox (using LocalStorage / IndexedDB).
- No database logs or transaction records are transmitted to, or stored on, our external servers. Your billing information remains entirely under your local administration.
- Because your data is saved locally, clearing your browser cache or deleting application data will erase your invoices. We recommend utilizing our single-click secure JSON Backup utility regularly.
2. Uploaded Signatures & Logo Branding
Any company logo and authorization signature images you upload into your dashboard settings are stored locally in your browser as Base64-encoded strings. These assets are only processed inside your browser instance to render and print customized invoice templates, and are never saved or indexed by ARVGrow.
3. Analytics and Cookies
We do not use tracking pixels, ad cookies, or commercial trackers. We may utilize simple, anonymous server logs and system cookies necessary to maintain login sessions and active subscriptions for SaaS accounts.
4. Third-Party PDF Rendering
All PDF conversions and document exports are rendered natively using standard browser print utilities (`window.print()`). This ensures that your client's business details, addresses, and line-item totals are compiled locally on your device without passing through third-party rendering APIs.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with legal tax compliance or system updates. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this document.
