By utilizing ARVGrow Invoice, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.
1. Terms & License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ARVGrow Invoice strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree to use the platform solely for generating legitimate business invoices, tax calculations, and related financial document formatting.
2. User Responsibility & Compliance
ARVGrow Invoice operates locally and automates calculations based on your input coordinates (such as tax rates, discounts, HSN codes, and quantities). You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of all computations, interest penalties, and final invoice calculations.
- Ensuring compliance with local commercial laws, corporate invoicing rules, and national tax obligations (such as compiling and filing GST declarations correctly).
- Maintaining security over your browser sandbox files and localized backups. ARVGrow cannot restore lost records.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment
Some templates and layout utilities are limited to paid subscription tiers (Growth or Enterprise):
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Accounts downgraded to the Free plan will lose access to premium templates but retain local client records.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our pricing policy and local customer protection laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All software logic, template stylesheets, page designs, algorithms, branding assets, and graphical tokens are the exclusive property of ARVGrow. You may not reverse-engineer, clone, or redistribute any core resources without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
ARVGrow Invoice is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any administrative penalties, compliance audit failures, direct or indirect revenue loss, or data corruption resulting from your use of the platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to our SaaS login accounts for any users violating these Terms of Service or engaging in malicious activities.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard corporate regulations, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
